What Will I Learn?

Skills and subjects covered in the Culinary Arts tracks include sanitation and safety, hot and cold food production, baking, nutrition, and basic cost controls. You must complete an internship,often this leads directly to employment in the field.

  • The Program is 16 weeks long.
  • Fee of $1,000.
