WAGEES
What is WAGEES?
WAGEES (Work and Gain Education & Employment Skills) is specifically for those exiting the Department of Corrections on parole, and only accepts referrals directly from CDOC and the parole department. Case management is offered for the duration of their parole, as well as one year after successful completion.
WAGEES at Manna
We offer individual case management, resource navigation, and peer support to assist their participants in reaching their goals, both short and long term. Primary areas of focus are employment, education, transportation, and housing. WAGEES also assists participants in any other areas that will increase their chances of completing parole successfully as well as reduce the chance of recidivism both while on parole as well as after completion to increase the odds of long-term success.
